It has been a nice living in Warren at York. There is nothing to complain. Staff are very nice and helpful. Well maintained, clean and peaceful living here. I would recommend this community.

We had such a smooth move-in at Warren. We hadn't been able to see the apartment in person prior to moving because of COVID. We only did a facetime call, but we liked what we saw there and relied on the reviews we saw for the building. We were a little nervous, but those all went away as soon as we arrived to the apt. on move-in day. Our unit exceeded all expectations-- so spacious, pretty finishes, convenient location etc. Management greeted us with some rosé on the kitchen counter which was a nice touch too!

Great apartment community if youre looking to be in a nice place close to downtown - definitely cant beat the location. Apartment layout is well thought out and provides ample space and storage. Appliances and finishes are all new as well.

Attila is always professional, quick and courteous. He explains the problems to help us understand them (if he sees us). Otherwise, he leaves a note letting us know that the issue has been resolved.

I have been here for 5 years. The management and staff are responsive, prompt, and always cordial.
