Deposits and Fees

An application fee of $100 is required for each applicant over the age of 18 and an amenity fee of $350 is due at time of application. Security deposits are equal to $1000 up to one month's rent (pending credit approval) and are due at move in.
 

Pet Policy

Warren at York by Windsor is a pet friendly community. We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 40lbs per pet. There is a $50/month (per pet) pet rent and a $600 non-refundable pet deposit.
